The building, designed for a print media company, accommodates heavy printing machines on the second floor, which can only be moved using cranes. To enable future installation, large windows were incorporated for equipment access. Embracing a modern concept, the design avoids full glass façades that increase cooling loads. Instead, it features solid wall structures with strategically placed large windows on the North and East sides, ensuring natural light, reduced heat gain, and energy efficiency for a sustainable and functional workspace.
